Costa Rica is known for offering quality coffees, comparable to the best on a global scale. However, 90% of the national production is destined for export, and only 10% for domestic consumption.
Our project was born out of the love we have for coffee and how essential it has been to our daily lives. With the support of my husband, I decided to undertake this project, which has involved a lot of effort and dedication, mainly in the search for high-quality coffees that meet the standards we want to offer our customers. I have dedicated myself for more than 10 years to this vast coffee universe, learning and managing both the local and foreign markets. Therefore, I decided to start and consolidate my own brand, also supporting the local producer with coffee from an area that may not have been as recognized nationally and internationally as Zarcero. It has met all my expectations in terms of altitude, variety, quality, among other things. We are supporting more than 30 coffee growers who work hard every day to ensure that their crops are the best.
We are working together with them to produce a final cup of excellent quality, making our final customers the happiest with our coffee. I am a coffee lover and an entrepreneur with the desire to move forward and raise our golden grain high, both locally and abroad. Hence the name of my brand Café Nueva Generación de Costa Rica. We want to be a new vision of expansion and equalization, showing that women can achieve great things. I have always believed that where there's a will, there's a way, with a lot of faith and having God in the midst, I hope and trust that we will reach great heights.
